Note: I've found a place that has some of Squinge's mods, a few of Shaklin's things, and other stuff, http://www.sims2graveyard.com/ - the home of lost websites and abandoned creations.

A few notes ... shaklin.net no longer seems to exist, and Squinge after "retiring" from working on hacks has had his inventory of hacks removed from Insimentator.net. So I pulled the following links off the main "sticky" I keep in this thread but I'm not willing to remove them completely just yet in case something happens and shaklin and squinge come back. (No, I'm not in denial, I just don't want to have to type and link this all again if I don't have to!) I've found no information available about file-sharing so please don't ask. My best advice is if you have any of these hacks/mods now, make a backup for yourself just to be on the safe side because you probably won't be able to find them again. ________________ Another useful mod is the Pink Flamingo mod at http://shaklin.net/ which lets you give your sims sexy walks, feminine poses, and different facial expressions. At that same site you can find the Universal Dresser which lets you change clothes and other options for sims and NPCs (note - it will show up in the game under decorations, misc, $12.) Squinge is the undisputed "Hack Mastah" over at http://www.insimenator.net/. He currently has more than 20! (updated!) full pages of hacks! You can find his area starting here but for our purposes a couple of his hacks really standout from the crowd:

I found a hacked toddler potty on MTS2. This training toilet can let anyone use it, regardless of age or training. Its very funny to see a teen, an adult, or an elder using it. That will be one huge load that I'm lucky not to worry about cleaning after use. Here is the link: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=48731 |

That's an interesting find, thanks! I'm not going to change any of my defaults just yet, so if anyone does give that modification a try, let us know how it works out.

I'm glad you posted those links because that was my next step, searching for the Doctors. I was always a big fan of 4 and 5, but still leaning toward either 9 or 10 now. And yes, me too, the first doctor I ever saw was played by Peter Cushing also. Although he doesn't seem to count in the official list, does he? I wonder why? That's not fair at all. |

Personally I prefer Doctors 2 http://modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=73122, 3 http://modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=73630, and 7 http://modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=77461. The first Dr. Who I ever saw was played by Peter Cushing. |

Wow, what a great list! Thanks to that list I just found a Tardis, a Sonic Screwdriver and a K-9 - I'm going to be playing Dr. Who in my game now! And I have just the perfect, cute little Simmergirl to be the Doctor's companion, too... But first, I have to go make a doctor, hmm, #9 or #10, not sure yet...
