Congrats to EVERYONE, not just the winners.  The judging process must have been murder...

May I take a moment to offer a few suggestions?

First, I think the polls opened FAR too early.  I cast my vote after the swimsuit competition.  I should have not been allowed to do so until AFTER the evening gown competition.  I had to stay with my decision (although I STILL would have voted the way I did).

Second, and this is only a suggestion, of course, maybe there could be some sort of "point system" where we'd be given a number of "points" we could spread among the competitors as the voters see fit.  This way, votes could be cast after every event of the competition, and could make it unnecessary for the judges to have to make the final decision.  Having only one vote means that I thought my gurl won all three competitions.

My two cents.  I think I'm gonna enter next time around...

Oh, one more thing:  can the judges release a little information:  how many members actually voted (NOT who they voted for)?

I had a wonderful time in this 2nd Miss Simmergirl, even if I didnt get into the top 3! I encourage any & all of you to participate next time around, I know I will! I do have a few suggustions for the next pagent but I'll hold off until we get a little closer to doing this again. fun, fun, fun!

I new Kimberly had it all together!

(deep breath, you too Kimberly!)  Okay, now that Kimberly and I have collected ourselves...

Wow!  First of all, big hugs from Kimberly and me both to the other gurls in the contest!  That's the real-live ones and their pixilated counterparts, too!  (Sorry, Beo, you get to be a gurl today!  )

As others have said before me, this contest really was a lot of fun, and I hope that encourages more members to join in on the fun in the next one. 

I've one more picture of Kimberly to share with you, I had to run off and make this one up after reading the news....I felt she deserved this one!

The judges voted on the contest on every point, on every round, with a point system!then added members votes!

 Everyone in the contest was wonderful, and it was fun! but with very few members joining in voting and having more Models in the contest made it harder for the judge's! I hope we can get a suggestion thread going for future contest, this is only our second one!

Thanks Karen and Lurker!  I'm sure Kimberly will join Cassidy and Esi for a drink and buy them at least one round!  I thought about posting a message during the wait for the results on Monday that Kimberly was in the hotel bar since Saturday night, singing karaoke and dancing on tables, tired of waiting backstage near tears...

The Picture of Kimberly looks wonderful and stunning Selina, You know I will make a nice poster of her to upload for the members, I will have it in Pauline's wall of Simmergirl contest winners!

   As for the Prizes, As soon as I get the chance, this weekend for sure, I will PM everyone there prize, have to get to File share and put them there, hope I remember my password!LOL!
