Pink Patterned Hi-Neck Top (with Tattoo)

VERY pretty hi-necked top complete with a tattoo on the rear shoulder (at least I THINK it's a tattoo!).  I will edit this post to include a link back to the original creator (conversion and uploading is allowed...I just forget where I got it!).
